Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. 

Hot Yoga systematically moves fresh, oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order. 

Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health, and a sense of well being will automatically follow. The book we recommend for a reference guide for Hot Yoga is "Hot Yoga Master Class" by Gabriella Raiz


Vinyasa Yoga

Heated Vinyasa Flow is an all levels class, incorporating breath-based movement through postures. This class is slightly slower paced than the Power classes however still challenging, you will sweat! Great for beginners, modifications are offered as needed.


Heated Power Vinyasa

Heated Power classes are also all levels, fairly fast-paced and involve at least one or more advanced postures including, but not limited to an arm balance pose or inversion. Beginners are welcome as modifications are offered as needed. Power classes are also great for students who are looking to challenge themselves through physical asana (postures).


Inferno Hot Pilates

Using Pilates prin­ci­ples, Inferno Hot Pilates is a chal­leng­ing, full body, low impact, high inten­sity work­out. It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.


TRX Yoga

 Just like traditional yoga props such as blocks or bolsters, the TRX trainer can be used to support and enhance certain poses. Because of the suspension aspect, the TRX builds not only muscle strength but also confidence for some poses that tend to be difficult or induce fear.
